By Road : The Manor Barn is located on De La Warr Road, just off the A259 by King Offa Way. We are approximately 20 minutes from Hastings Town Centre, 3o mins from Eastbourne and about an hour from Brighton.

By Train : Bexhill train station is located 5 minutes walking distance along Upper Sea Road. Trains are direct from Hastings, Eastbourne, Brighton, London Victoria and Ashford International.

The Manor Barn is a fully licensed private hire venue, with a maximum capacity of 120 people. We are certified to hold civil marriage ceremonies, and we have a fully licensed bar until 11:30pm.
